To register, you must complete the conference registration form. Full payment (in U.S. funds only) must accompany the registration form. Payments by cheque or money order should be mailed, together with the completed registration form, to the address below. Payments by VISA, Discover, or Mastercard can be faxed to the number below.

Please note that places at this conference are strictly limited. Pre-registration is essential.

Registration Fees

Private sector participants: $950.00
Government, non-profit, and academic participants: $300.00

Registration fees include Thursday’s reception, lunch and dinner on Friday, and lunch on Saturday. Please make cheques and bank drafts (in U.S. funds) payable to UC Regents.

Cancellations

Cancellations received by September 21 will receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee. Written notice of cancellation is required. Refunds will not be made after this deadline. Mail the completed registration form and payment (or fax, if paying by credit card) to:
